Robert C. Dunkless (dunkless@odllp.com)
has a wide range of experience addressing the legal needs of
emerging and established businesses and their owners. He
concentrates his practice in the areas of business organization,
equity and debt financing transactions, acquisitions, divestitures
and corporate partnering. He serves as corporate counsel to many
clients, working with management on a regular basis. He also
represents clients in real estate acquisition, sale and leasing
transactions and provides services to individuals in estate
planning, tax and estate administration matters.
His
clients include businesses engaged in a wide variety of industries
including manufacturing, technology, electronics, product
distribution, food service, real estate development and marketing,
fuel oil distribution, restaurant and hospitality services.
Mr.
Dunkless graduated from Boston University in 1977 (BS, cum laude)
and from Suffolk University Law School in 1980 (JD, cum laude). He
also received a Masters in the Law of Taxation from Boston
University Law School. He was admitted to the bar in Massachusetts
in 1980 and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax
Court.
